Experience: 3- 8 Yrs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling requirements from US clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and Closed Candidates for Assigned Requisitions.
- Must have hands-on experience on various job boards .Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.
- Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Desired experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, Social Networking sites.
- Good experience for hiring on C2C Requirements.
- Responsible for work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Need to know end-to-end life-cycle of recruiting
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
- Dedicated working and Deadline driven Experience in Tax Terms - 1099/W2/ C2C/1099.
- Proactively building a resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants
- Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English.
