Job Description

  • We are hiring for US IT Recruiter with min 1 to 5 years of exp in Hyderabad location.
  • Duration: Full Time
  • Salary: Open

  • Qualification: Any Graduate/BE.B Tech
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Skills Required:US IT Staffing, Resourcing, Headhunting, Internet Research, and Rate Negotiation.
Job Description:

  • Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
  • Hands on experience with W2,C2C & Full time is must.
  • Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
  • Experience in recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EAD consultants.
  • Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
  • Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster,JobDiva and LinkedIn.
  • Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
  • Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
  • Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone)
