  • Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (US EST Time zone) only onsite work, No Remote 
  • Work Location: Near clock tower, Navketan Complex, Secunderabad
  • Experience: 2- 3 years
Job Description
  • Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
  • Good candidate sourcing & screening skills. Good phone presence: ability and willing to make 30 to 40 calls per day
  • Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2,1099& Crop to Crop)
  • Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate
  • Experience using recruiting portals like dice, Monster,Techfetch and LinkedIn.
  • Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates
  • Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
  • Willing to work as per US Eastern timings/Night shifts.
