Job Summary

  • Experience in end to end recruitment cycle for I.T clients in the U.S. with excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, F1, EAD),Tax Terms (1099/C2C/ W2)
  • Must have an experience in working with Team.
  • Understanding the clients requirements and get them fulfilled from the respective TAT.
  • Good understanding of IT skills/ technologies.
  • Understanding of US recruitment processes and Quality compliance.

Must Have:

  • Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants with Tier1 Vendors /Direct Clients.
  • Generating new Leads. Maintaining the contacts database. Segregating the leads and adding new contacts to database
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have experience in hiring W2/C2C candidates.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Should possess good negotiation and persuasion
  • Very Good Communication Skills
  • Hands of Experience on IT/Technical Recruiting Skills
  • Presentable and Good command over English.

  • Recruiting IT professional across the US through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing using Job Portals.
  • Speaking to candidate taking telephonic interview, understand their competencies & skill sets
  • Candidates with positive enthusiasm, Hardworking, Keen to Learn Attitude, Should Have Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills in English.
