Responsibilities and Duties
§ Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting.
§ Must Understand the fast-paced nature of recruitment.
§ Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, LinkedIn, Hot Jobs, etc.)
§ Understanding resumes and profiles of candidates.
§ Screening of candidates based on technical skills and reliability.
§ Ideal candidate should have good experience mostly worked with Direct clients.
§ candidate would have worked mostly on W2 (Green card & Citizens) and having Basic knowledge on IT concepts.
§ Excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain quality service.
§ Candidate should be target driven and self-motivated
