Job description
We are looking for an experienced technical recruiter specialized in it to join our dynamic team of professionals and can manage full-cycle recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
The individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting screening checks. Ultimately you will play an important part to ensure the process attracts, hires and retains the most qualified candidates from the market.
Responsibilities
Understand the job description
Source potential candidate from various online channels internet database ATS and job portals
Craft recruiting emails and text messages to attract passive candidates, Advertise job opening on the company's career page social media job boards and internally
Provide a list of qualified candidates to our senior resources
Maintain and discuss ke reporting metrics including point of time to hire and source of hire with account manager
Collaborate with manager to coordinate
interviews offers start and also identify future hiring needs
Follow the reporting structure which is set by the organisation.
Requirement
6th month 5 years of proven work experience as US IT recruiter
Molarity with applicant tracking system and resume database
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Experience with sourcing
Should be good with LinkedIn search
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
Bachelor's degree
Salary
18000 to 40000 month (not constraint for the right candidate)
