Job Description

  • Role: US IT Recruiter/Sr. US IT Recruiter
  • Experience: 1 to 10 years
  • Salary: Best in class (Will give you best hike on your CTC)
  • Benefits: Good Incentives+Insurance+Pick and Drop
  • Notice: 15 Days or less
  • Shift - PST Shift timings. (Night shift- IST 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)
  • (**9 Hrs. shift** 5 Days working **SAT – SUN Fix off**)
  • Location: 
  • Mumbai -10 positions
  • Pune - 2 positions
Desired Profile:
  • Hands on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies.
  • Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
  • Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience working on Direct/VMS requirement.
  • Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
  • Experience working with Applicant tracking tools. Like Job Diva
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work in night shift
