Location: Malad West, Mumbai 
Timings: 9:30am to 6:30am IST (fixed shift) or 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (fixed shift)

 Fixed salary + recurring incentive

We are looking for US IT Recruiter for our organisation who can join in 1 week.

 Responsibilities:

·       Ability to work in a team for Sourcing, Pre-Screening, submitting resume of candidates for US job market.

·       Manage the recruiting process – Offer negotiation, interview coordination, on boarding paperwork.

• Searching on job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builders, etc
• Posting job requirements on Job Portals

Required Experience and Skills:

·       Experience in US IT Recruitment (Experienced / Freshers)

·       Excellent verbal & written English, interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, understanding of US culture, job rules and regulations, and ethics

·       Candidates working in BPO - US shift will also be considered.
