Job Summary

We are US based MNC located in Noida. We have urgent openings for US IT Recruiter (Fresher also welcome)

Role & Responsibility: -

ü  Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.

ü  Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

ü  Clod calling and emailing , working through Web portals and Job Boards

ü  Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

ü  Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

ü  Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

ü  Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

ü  Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

Looking for below skills: -

Looking for candidates 0-1 plus year exp in US recruitment.

Preferably should have experience of working with Prime vendor, Implementation, direct client.

Should have excellent communication skills.

Should be from US recruitment background.

Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

Must be proactive & self-driven.

Must be a quick thinker.

Ready to work in permanent Night Shift

Should be well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies as MS office, Outlook, Web Browser, Internet, Database.
