The role would be of a US IT Recruiter and the location would be Sector 62, Noida. Currently, we have 30 + openings for the same role but in case we find exceptional talent and participation, we could go to increase number of openings.

A brief about the role:

• 1.  Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• 2.  Performing full lifecycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• 3.  Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet Sourcing, Networking.
• 4.  Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• 5.    Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• 6.    Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
• 7.    Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
• 8.    Should be able interact well with team and clients
• 9.    Organized and detail-oriented, able to track and work on multiple projects at once
• 10. Comfortable to work in night shift.
• 11. Build and nurture strong relationships with US staffing vendors.
• 12. Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, maintaining & building the candidate database.

• 5.    Comfortable to work in US Shift.

Education Qualification:

 Should be from Technical Education Background (B. Tech, BCA,MCA or any technical education is fine).
