Job Details:

We are looking hire for US IT Recruiter positions at various experience levels. They would be responsible for End-to-End recruitment for our prestigious Direct Clients in USA.
Hiring Freshers
Candidate with no prior experience in US IT Recruitments will also be considered.
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good telephone etiquette.
Must be quick to learn new things.
Must will be willing to work in night shifts (US Central Time)
All the candidates will be put through a proper training/enablement program
Must be able to join immediately.
Hiring Mid-level
Must have proven skills in US IT recruitments.
Should be capable of delivering high quality recruitment services to our clients in a quick turnaround time.
Experience is using Job Portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch and Workopolis etc. is a big plus
Must be thoroughly skilled in using Social Media recruiting tools like LinkedIn.
Deep understanding of Boolean Logic and ability to write good search strings.
Good working experience with Corp to Corp (C2C),1099, Full Time, W2 & Contract to Hire opportunities in North American market.
Excellent communication skills
Must be aware of Canadian staffing industry as well.
Must possess strong negotiation skills.
Must be willing to work in night shifts. (US Central Time)
Very good MS-Office Skills.
Must be able to join in maximum of weeks' notice on selection.
