We are looking to hire Technical Recruiters/Senior Technical Recruiters for our Pune .
You should have at least 5+ Years of real time experience in US IT Recruitment
We work in Central Time Zone

Responsibilities

Reviewing: Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s).
Understand: technology, technical roles and technical skills and making sure that there is a great fitment between the open requisitions and the identified professional.
Identify. Sourcing and uncovering candidates
Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
Interview. Having a detailed discussions with them over the phone/skype to assess their qualifications
Following up. Keeping your candidates in the loop, building credibility, and keeping your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you.
Present. Showing or offering candidate resume to Team Leads to scrutinize or consider
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Education:Graduate or Post Graduate in Any Discipline

Requirements:

Should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work hands on
High Confidence and maturity level
Passionate for Delivery of professionals on the open roles
Excellent Team Player
Performance oriented personality
Proven record of successfully onboarding professionals across US
MSP/VMS experience is good to have
