Must have proven skills in IT recruitment. Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants Source and screen potential candidates for openings Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. clear understanding of all Tax terms w2, corp. to corp. ,1099. 
working experience on portals like dice, monster, Carer Builder, LinkedIn. etc. 
knowledge of various work Visa, H1, L1, and other work visa permits of US. Excellent communication skills.
