Job Description

Position: IT / Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)
No. Of Positions: 10
Location: Webel IT Park

Salary : 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 LPA

Fresher - Any graduate (Prefer Technical background or Candidate from BPO/KPO Background)

Senior Recruiter - 2+ yrs of experience in IT Recruitment

Job Summary

  • Willing to work in Night Shift 7pm - 4am / 8pm -5am Indian Standard Time

Job responsibilities:

  • Source candidates from multiple channels.
  • Define and execute a profile- based research strategy across the US in targeted markets as needed.
  • Build and maintain a database of top-level IT resources from which we can source candidates.
  • Recruit and interview prospective candidates.
  • MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.    
  • Prepare recruitment materials and job postings to appropriate job boards.
  • Present screened and matched candidates for clients for interviews.
  • Communication and customer service to candidates before, during and after candidate placement.
  • Responsible for marketing candidates proactively to existing and potential clients.
  • Direct experience in recruiting and staffing in the IT industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in designing and implementing recruiting best practices is highly desirable.

Must-Have Skill:

  • Proficient in the Boolean search string.
  • The deep sourcing skill set that goes beyond LinkedIn or other job boards to find talent.
  • Has ahead for data and knows how to apply analytics to the sourcing function as needed.
  • Basic understanding of various IT technologies like Cloud, Big Data, Data Analytics, Embedded, Software Engineering, .Net, Java, Mobility, IoT, ERP, etc.

Required qualification /Competencies

Bachelor s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.

Prefer Technical background as - B.Tech, BSc. IT ,BCA ,MCA
2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
Comfortable with high speed working under pressure

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time management and prioritization skills.
Creative thinking and problem- solving skills.
Interest in learning about technology.
CTS/ ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates through CRM.
MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Additional Required Skills of Technical Recruiter:

A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.History of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment.

Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity.

Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
