Understanding the need/criticality, and timely Identify the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, LinkedIn, internal job boards, employee referral, Vendors, and candidate references. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle which includes sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and closing candidates for various positions. Our ideal candidate must have creative sourcing strategies and be able to develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (including but not limited to networking, user-groups, professional affiliations, cold calling, job postings, job boards, Boolean searches, and resume mining). Requirement:
0 - 2 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruiting is an advantage.
Must be a self-motivated results-driven professional with great communication skills in English and the ability to effectively work with senior recruiters and all levels of management.
Implement recruiting campaigns to attract quality potential candidates for contract, contract to hire and fulltime requirements.
Assist the lead recruiter in closing positions as well as with documentation work.
Experience in working across all IT technologies.
Good knowledge of US geography.
Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements.
Follow company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments, and hiring and comply consistently with all company regulations.
Must be willing and able to work in US shift timing - (DLS - 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM; Normal 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM).
Fresher's with good command in English can also apply.
