Job Description:
1. In this position, you will be working on analyzing the client requirement and understand their expectations through prospect mail.
2. Extensive experience in Recruiting candidates, and pre-screening to pull out quality potential candidates.
3. Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
4. Hands-on experience in Full time, Contract, Contract-Hire, and Remote positions
5. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
6. Create job posting templates and posted jobs on various job boards & extensive experience in Job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, indeed, etc.
7. Use proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques – Boolean searches, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media networks.
8. Identifying potential candidates, mailing them the job description, phone screening them, and scheduling both virtual and in-person interviews.
9. Assess candidate’s technical skills, communication skills, commitment levels, and discussion on interview availability, pay rate expectation, company benefits package, notice period, and joining date.
10. Submitting resumes to the client and following up with the candidates for the next steps.1
1. Scheduling Face-to-Face/Zoom/Telephonic interviews for candidates; establishing close contact with candidates to ensure participation in interviews.
12. Strong Salary/Rate negotiation skills & acts as the first point of contact throughout the candidate hiring process & follow-up with candidates for the further interview process.
13. Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
14. Having an excellent track record of consultants who have been submitted to the clients, and have good experience in creating and maintaining an excel database of available consultants and clients.
15. Hands-on experience in Full time, Contract, Contract-Hire, and Remote positions.
16. Strong English communication skill to speak, to understand and to write is essential for this role.
17. Bachelor degree with technical education with minimum 2 years of experience needed for this role.
18. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen.
19. Plan the day for team to achieve individual and team target.
20. Training and mentoring new hires joining our team and getting them familiar with the system.
