We are looking to hire a committed and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team on an urgent basis.
Candidates must be willing to work in night shifts and prior US IT staffing experience is mandatory.

What You will be Doing (Mandatory and Critical Responsibilities)
- Strong Experience of End to End US IT Recruitment Process in US IT Staffing Industry.
- Exceptional turn-around time (Less than 24 hours) in head-hunting and presenting candidates for the urgent-hire Technical and Functional Positions
- Work on Multiple Openings for multiple clients on a daily basis, in a dynamic and fast paced setting.
- Work on Contract, Direct Hire, Internal & C2H (Contract to Hire) Positions.
- Take OWNERSHIP and work on end to end recruitment cycle WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION: Searching for candidates, Shortlisting profiles, contacting candidates, initial screening, presenting to HIRD Management, setting up candidate interviews, negotiating salary with candidates, extending job offer.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn etc.),Creating and posting jobs on the Company Job Portal and social job boards.
- Placed candidates in Technical Roles (Software Engineers, Developers, Analysts, QA Testers Architects etc.),Non-IT Roles (Test Engineers, Design Engineers etc.),Functional Roles (Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, etc.).
- * Continuously searches for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment comfortable with ambiguity.
- Other projects and responsibilities as requested.
Required Eligibility & Qualifications to Apply
- Minimum of 1 year experience in US IT Recruitment (End to End)
- Proven and Demonstrative experience of successfully sourcing multiple candidates each month.
- Awareness of multiple industry domains, mainly: Insurance, Health Care, Gaming, Electronics, Sports, Transportation, Finance
- Working in US/Canada Time Zones (minimum 4 hours overlap)
- Expert level fluency in English for Verbal and Written Communication with Global clients.
- Experience in collaborating with marketing and Branding Departments/Teams and aligning Recruitment/Staffing Strategy
- Demonstrated success in in permanent hire recruiting, with a deep understanding of the full life-cycle of recruitment and behavioral interviewing techniques within a recruitment agency or in-house environment
- Ability to negotiate complex compensation packages with senior and executive-level candidates.
- Blend of in-house recruiting experience and agency experience strongly desired.
- Strong practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Social recruiting experience is strongly desired.
- Confidence to influence and negotiate with hiring managers, candidates and agencies
- Ability to interact with all levels within an organization up to senior leadership
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortable operating with a customer centric mindset and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to learn quickly and deal with competing activities/tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Management/HR or related field. Master’s degree/MBA is an asset
