Job Description:
  • 1-3 years of US IT Recruiting experience..
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong experience and understanding of US OPT/CPT Hiring.
  • Maintaining active database of OPT candidates. 
  • Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa. 
  • Good Knowledge on H1 Transfers.
  • Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099. 
  • Expertise in university posting.
  • Hands on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Indeed and social media Platforms. 
  • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
  • Must be independent and a self-starter. 
  • Use social networks and research to build internal database and recruit passive candidates.
  • Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring. 
  • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent)
