Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling IT and Semi-conductor requirements of US based clients.Sourcing, job posting, and good experience on job portals - Ceipal, Monster, Indeed, Dice, and LinkedIn Responsible for multi tasking - sourcing, Client management and handling team members. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities. Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle (End-to-End Recruitment) for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources Handle full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates for assigned requisitions Good understanding of US hiring terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc

Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. Self-motivated and self-directed. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

Minimum bachelor's degree and 3 yrs work experience preferred.
