We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for US IT/Non-IT Recruitment, who has at least 6 months of experience in identifying, screening and qualifying
- candidates for IT and Non-IT positions for our US Clients.
- Freshers are also considered (Only Females) Required.
- Experienced (Males) candidates can apply.
Required Experience:Preferred Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.0-2 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Good knowledge on sourcing from job portals like Dice, Monster and Career Builder.
- Should Review and understand technical job requirements
- Should have experience with Calling, screening, scheduling interviews and follow up with till the time of joining.
- Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques required.Fair knowledge of technology.
- Working experience with MS Word, Excel, PPT, data collection, analysis and ability to present in a well-mannered format is a strong plus.Industry:
