Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for US IT/Non-IT Recruitment, who has at least 6 months of experience in identifying, screening and qualifying 
  • candidates for IT and Non-IT positions for our US Clients.
  • Freshers are also considered (Only Females) Required.
  • Experienced (Males) candidates can apply.
Required Experience:Preferred Qualification: 
  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate.0-2 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Good knowledge on sourcing from job portals like Dice, Monster and Career Builder.
  • Should Review and understand technical job requirements
  • Should have experience with Calling, screening, scheduling interviews and follow up with till the time of joining.
  • Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques required.Fair knowledge of technology.
  • Working experience with MS Word, Excel, PPT, data collection, analysis and ability to present in a well-mannered format is a strong plus.Industry:
