 Job Description:

• Should be willing to work in US timings EST (night shift in India)
• Prefer a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting US experience in IT Staffing and consulting company for Sr. level Recruiters
• Be independent to manage/execute full life cycle marketing/sales process for successful placements of various skilled consultants.
• Ability to recruit and marketing & sales for CTC/1099/W2 consultants from job portals/sub-vendors/referrals/social networking sources
• Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted searches, plus prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet the demands of a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
• Ability to successfully work on multiple clients/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.
• Must have a proactive approach to recruiting
