We are currently searching for an ambitious US Technical Recruiter to join our team.
Our sales team has grown the business and as a result, were expanding our recruiting team to meet those demands and exceed client expectations.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a supportive team who wants to see you exceed and will provide the necessary training to build a career in the IT Recruiting profession.
Role is Recruitment sales **** US shift timings***
Need to be fluent in spoken and written English.
Be a listener and understand the requirements before jumping on a solution
Be aggressive and work with a die hard closure attitude
Be street smart and able to device new ways to identify talent and recruit people
Be analytical on profitability around the margin

Responsibilities :

Enter and update job information into our applicant tracking system
Present job opportunities to potential candidates
Post jobs to our internal website and external job boards
Review, reformat and present resumes to clients.
Update and ensure accuracy of monthly reporting metrics
Attend user group meetings and other network events, when applicable
Assist with onboarding when needed
Maintain relationships with candidates, including inquiring about referrals when new positions become available
Assist with candidate interview preps

Compensation and Benefits:

We will hire a right fit with good starting salary
Probation period is 6 months
Candidate will become eligible for commission on net profit on their Recruitment
We offer 10 days PTO
Salary will be revised at the end of probation period and can potentially be a significant raise up to 50% for right candidates
