Desired Candidate Profile: Manage the candidate life cycle process including Head-hunting/sourcing, Identification / Skill set mapping, Scheduling interviews, Technical screening etc. Experience in Working with Direct Clients Understanding of technologies in IT domain.
Experience Required:
· Minimum 0 year to 3 years’ experience in US recruitments.
· Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc.).
· Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ techniques (W2/Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers) and various IT technologies.
· Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot jobs, Linked In, Google, and Free Job Sites etc. to source IT candidates.
· Strong Communication skills (Written & Verbal) with excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
· Flexible and positive attitude.
· Proven ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment.
· Enthusiastic personality with good energy levels.
· Willing to work in US timings (own transportation).
