Sourcing candidates using recruitment tools
Screening & short listing resumes/ candidates and submit the same
Proficient usage of professional and social networking tools for sourcing candidates
Negotiating rates with consultants / vendors
Adherence to process and SOP
Resume formatting & submission.
Co-ordination for interview
Follow up till joining
