  • Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements 
  • Sourcing candidates using recruitment tools
  • Screening & short listing resumes/ candidates and submit the same 
  • Proficient usage of professional and social networking tools for sourcing candidates 
  • Negotiating rates with consultants / vendors 
  • Adherence to process and SOP
  • Resume formatting & submission. 
  • Co-ordination for interview 
  • Follow up till joining
