Job Description

  • We are hiring Technical /IT Recruiters to join the offshore team at Secunderabad. If interested, please share the resume to
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in USA Recruitment
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies in Market
  • Experience working with VMS/ ATS
  • Sourcing resumes from different sources like social media, job boards, referrals, database.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Complete knowledge in Recruitment Life cycle.
  • Achieve staffing goals while ensuring applicants meet qualifications.
  • Sources and identifies candidates through referrals, leads, cold calling, networking, job postings, resume searches and reviewing applications.
  • Ensures that candidates presented meet established position criteria.
  • Communicates effectively with candidates and provides position details and next steps in the recruitment process.
  • Schedules interviews and coordinate travel arrangements for candidate interviews
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication.
  • A good team player
