Job Title: Trainee Recruiter - US Staffing (East Coast)

Location: Madhapur (Hyderabad)

Days of work: 5 Days

Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Cab drop facility will be provided for female employees)

Please Note:

This is a night shift role. The candidate will be part of the US Recruitment. Hence please do not apply if you cannot work in the nights.

Role & Responsibilities:

Rapid and effective sourcing of GC & US Citizen candidates through internet research, internal databases, job boards, phone calls, referrals, networking and other strategies.
Sourcing passive candidates from alternate sources, using social networks and research to build internal databases.
Handle multiple technical job requirements in a fast-paced environment.
High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a group of experienced team members.
Multi-task and switch gears with efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication skills must be extremely comfortable speaking with international candidates/clients.
Must be willing to work in night shifts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands energy and creativity.
