Leader Document Processing Pvt. Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Loan Closing associate to coordinate and finalize loan closings. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in loan closing or post closing departments in US Mortgage Industry with loans that conform to the guidelines of FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other secondary market investors. Candidate should also have exhibited personal responsibility, accountability, and reliability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

Essential Duties

ï‚

Review completed loan packages for correctness and compliance which are ready for closing.
ï‚

Monitor the timely closings and scheduling of closings
ï‚

Responsible for obtaining any missing documentation from closing agents, title companies, borrowers, and any other involved parties
ï‚

Resolve any suspense conditions on filesÂ
ï‚

Prepare packages and oversee documents for delivery for closing
ï‚

Update and manage internal reports tracking loan closings and loan sales
ï‚

Other duties, as assigned

Requirements Include

ï‚

Bachelor’s degreeÂ
ï‚

Six months – One year experience
ï‚

Conventional, FHA, and VA loan experience
ï‚

Great attention to detail
ï‚

Excellent written and oral communication skills
ï‚

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, performing multiple tasks at once
ï‚

Familiarity with Microsoft Office
