Job Description

Type of Job- Permanent 
Job Location- Ahmedabad 
Note- Interview Mode- Telephonic 
Note- Work from home option available till pandemic 
Job Role- US Mortgage Loan Processing 
Experience- 2 years mortgage loan processing experience 
Qualification- Any Graduate & Post Graduate 
Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Flexible In shift Night 
Notice period- Immediate 15 Days 5 Days Working 2 Days Off 2 Way Cabs o Achieves individual production goals and turn times. 
Knowledge of Conventional (mandatory),Non-WM and/or Government (FHA, VA and/or USDA loans) UW Guidelines (added advantage) 
Should know Fannie & Freddie guidelines. 
Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. 
Analyze appraisal report and collateral offered in the loan application to determine acceptability and appropriate loan to value ratios for decisions. 
Perform Income calculation, debt to income ratios, review/analyze complex asset statements, financial statements, as well as personal and business income tax returns to render a decision. 
Analyze and review title opinions for decisioning on all loan applications. 
Documenting and effectively communicating reasons for the approval/rejection of loans. 
Others Displays initiative and drive for results 
Able to work independently Problem solving and resolution skills 
Proven decision-making skills 
Proven quality acumen Ability to analyze data/reports and provide accurate assessments Ability to work with minimal supervision 
Organizational skills 
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
