Designation / Position: US Recruiter (IT/Non-IT)
Job Description:
● Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone
Interviewing and negotiation of compensation packages.
● Understand the key skills in a Job requirement and identify qualified technical candidates to
source and screen candidates
● Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate
Relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
● Screening candidates based on resource managers job description, relevant knowledge and
Experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.
● Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
● Understanding the requirements, creating Boolean Search, Cold Calling
● Regular follow up with candidate from first Contact till the offer of offer letter to the
Candidate.
● Open to work on IT and Non-IT openings for Direct clients
● Experience recruiting on W2, working preferably with USC, GC, EAD
● Good understanding of US Tax Terms and Visa/Work Permits
● Strong knowledge working with MSP, VMS.
