Job Location: Bangalore 
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Understand  & analyze the requirement of the position based on clients specifications
·         Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements. 
·         Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. 
·         Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
·         Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition. 
·         Involve in sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networking.
·         Post jobs on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
Required Skills and Experience:
·         Good attitude and aptitude
·         Must be a good team player and should be capable of interacting with the team members on a regular basis.
