Job Description

  • US IT RECRUITER / US RECRUITER                 
  • Have a bulk opening for US IT RECRUITER …..
  • Fresher & Experience
  • Shift Hours: 9 hours Night Shift
  • 5 days a week
  • Weekly off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Pick up/ Drop facility: Not available               
  • Note : Female candidate most welcome

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Job Role: US IT Recruiter
  • Clear Understanding of business, domain and process of recruitment in US market. 
  • Obtaining the new requirements and follow up.
  • Understanding the given job requirements.
  • Prioritizing the requirements on basis of easiness of closing, importance of the clients, urgency of requirement.
  • Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
  • Taking interviews of prospective candidates and educate candidates on client’s process.
  • Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
  • Submit qualified candidates to open positions / job requirements.
  • Coordinating and scheduling the interview process with client’s Hiring manager through sales team.
  • Coordinating with HR-Administration department for smooth on-boarding of consultants.
  • Meet or exceed goal expectations.
  • Must possess good attitude at work place.
