Job Description- US Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities:
· Working under the guidance of the recruitment lead/manager.
· Sourcing qualified candidates through conventional and non-conventional methods.
· Interpret, analyze and understand the client requirements and effectively utilize job boards and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
· Recruiting and delivering potential candidates as per the client’s requirements promptly.
· Negotiate rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
· Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends
· Intern recruiter will get On-Job training for a set period of time to learn US Staffing techniques and then start.

· Job Type: Onsite (Mohali)
· Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM IST-3:30 AM IST)
