USA IT Technical Recruiter

Greetings from Inherent Technologies.
We are actively looking to hire 10+ candidates for various open positions.

Eligibility:

Education: B.tech/ Bachelor in Computer Science
Good Communication Skill
Technically Strong
Knowledge in Software
Our office location: 1st Floor, 8C/5 WEA Karol Bagh, New Delhi, 110005.
Office hours: 6.30 P.M IST to 3:30 AM IST. (Night Shift)

US IT Recruiter

Job Description:

Handle end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates.
Using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch,es and LinkedIn.
Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate current and future client demands.
