What is the USAS Sales Support Analyst – USAS Initiatives group responsible for?
  • The Sales Admin Team works in close coordination with US team to provide personalized and quality services to our Wholesaling teams They need to manage administrative responsibilities of the Wholesaling Team whilst using Franklin Templeton’s sales-related systems
What are the ongoing responsibilities of an USAS Sales Support Analyst?
  • Responsible for updating the Wholesaler notes from Outlook calendars into SMART within a quick turnaround time whilst ensuring data quality
  • Update the Wholesaler’s expense reports into SMART on a periodic basis
  • Place the requested Literature Orders
  • Handling any other adhoc or miscellaneous tasks for the Wholesaling team

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be Successful?
  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 2 years related experience
  • Knowledge of mutual fund operations and/or Sales systems, preferred, such as:
    • SMART
    • Concept of Mutual Funds
    • FT products/terminology
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and related software
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain updated knowledge of procedures, products and activities of assigned area
  • Ability to adhere/respond to established time frames and schedules
  • Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
  • Works under general supervision; work is reviewed for accuracy
