Responsibilities:
1. Answer user's queries professionally to provide information about products
and services, or obtain details of complaints
2. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
3. Follow up with clients to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on
customers' requests
4. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated
departments for further investigation
5. Coordinate with various departments to resolve user's queries
6. Debug the product-related issues by coordinating with various departments
7. Do outbound calls for feedback and user-related experience
8. Make outgoing calls to doctors and solving the doctors' queries
9. Inform them about new products and services
