User Experience Designer

Job Description:

Looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our growing team. You will produce innovative and easy to use design solutions for customers while satisfying business goals.
Create innovative user experiences designs for existing/new products based on customer research and experience patterns that meet their needs.
Skilled in preparing requirement documents, product briefs and business analysis
Experience in developing and communicating UX design guidelines, templates, and standards.
Proven effectiveness working within cross-functional teams to include user research,product management, engineering, and marketing.
Provide desktop and web application interface designs and/or design consulting on teams from concept development through delivery.
Work closely with user researchers, marketing managers and product managers to understand key user needs, set ease of use goals and meet the same.
Lead the design process, create schedules, perform design reviews and usability testing during each phases of the product development cycle.
Be a leader in creating task analyses, heuristic evaluation, toryboards,mock-ups, user interaction models, information architecture, design briefs, specs and guidelines.
Coming up with creative yet business oriented presentations and effectively communicate ideas/solutions to management.
Having experience in designing user experiences for consumer products for Fortune 100 companies is a plus.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor’s degree/ Master's in Fine arts from NID MIT HFI will be preferred.
5-7 years of industry experience or web services.
Strong knowledge of UX Design processes and methodology in creating desktop,mobile and internet applications.
Familiarity with one or more prototyping tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have strong project and people management skills and be able to function as project leader as well as individual contributor.
Proficiency with UI Wire framing tools such as Visio, PPT, Balsamiq.
Proficiency with Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Director, and Visual basic.
Proficiency with HTML, DHTML.
