UX - USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and task flows around user needs
• Clearly articulate design ideas and prototypes to stack holders and developers
• Work with UI designers to translate UX specs to beautiful designs
• Prepare UX documentation
• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work

Qualifications

• 3- 6 years' of experience in UX design.
• Proven experience in UX experience for multiple devices 
• Strong knowledge in UX principles and best practices
• Strong knowledge in human psychology and human/computer interface design
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and user flows
• Portfolio of UX design projects
• Proficient with designing & prototyping tools like UX Pin, Moqups, Invision app
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills.
• Behance/Dribble portfolio is a must.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge in HTML, CSS3, and JS
• Excellent skill in design software like Sketch, Photoshop
• Experience in product design
