Varal’s mission is to make it easy for people to apply to institutions in the United Arab Emirates [UAE] via automation. The first step is to build a Document Vault and Chat function accessible via an app and desktop with RPA in the backend.

Job Description:

•  Check whether the color schemes, fonts or layout etc. are meeting our track requirements for user experience
•  Check the designs and wireframes created by the UI designer and create the list of items to be modified or updated according to user experience
• Convert the feedback from users to points of action and create a plan for modifying the UI
• Check the user experience list mentioned in the track with the UI design
• Identify different user experience areas like color, the position of CTA, pop-ups, widgets, tags and so on from a design and monitor the data and make changes
• Check the wireframes designed by the UI team to enhance user experience 
• Create a user experience protocol following global UX designs and rules
• Created a list of things that we can add to our designs
• Do research on how our branding has to be done in a user interface [UI] from the user’s point of view
• Keep track of the color schemes for page, font, URLs, menus etc.
• Identify the user experience issues in the current design and implements action for changes
• Make a list of user feedback after deployment of the design and do A-B testing for new changes

Skills required:

• Attention to detail and desire to achieve pixel perfection in everything you do.
• Be able to design website templates, WordPress themes, or templates for other platforms.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Team spirit; strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Education: BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
