What we’re looking for

That being said we do have a few requirements for you to function in this role.

Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Illustrate design ideas using process flows and sitemaps.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
• Planning and conducting user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Develop strong UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how product function and look like.

Must-have requirements:

• Skills with design tools, documenting wireframes, interaction flows and high-fidelity screen level design for development and presentation use.
• Solid design background with an obsessive eye for visual and interaction details.
• Desire to work in a startup environment, able to self-manage.

Good to have:

• Solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD).
• Technical know-how
• Familiar with and practices the user-centered design process and user advocacy (user observations, research, usability testing).
