Job Description

Position : UX Designer

Location : Bangalore

Employment status : Regular, Full-time

Experience : 2-5 years

Salary : Commensurate with skill

Essential Competencies :

  • 2-5 years of experience in designing Web, Mobile & Platform specific applications
  • Fluency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch and industry standard tools
  • Demonstrated command of visual design principles, especially around typography, colour, iconography, information hierarchy, layout, responsive design
  • Proficiency in mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards
  • Intermediate to expert skills in motion graphics and animation effects
  • Nimbleness; the ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups quickly in an iterative environment
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, etc.

Education and Technical Proficiency:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree, preferably in user interface design, HCI, interaction design, visual communication/graphic design or related field preferred. May be substituted with significant industry experience and accomplishments.
