Job Description

Job Summary
  • Lumenci is a legal tech startup founded by group of IIT alumni in US. Lumenci's mission is to transform the legal and intellectual property industry in US & Europe with groundbreaking products and services.
  • We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team in Gurugram, India, to help us deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for designing a product that will include extensive app design and user interactions.
  • Take ownership of product user experience and design the interactions and interfaces.
  • You will be required to do the research, formulate the hypothesis and then try out a solution while making sure that the solution is aesthetic.
  • You will work very closely with the Product Managers and will be helping the product management in crafting the product vision.
  • Own a product or a set of features and work across verticals product, engineering, business to make sure the product meets user and business requirements.
  • Research and articulate user need to design interfaces from the perspective of the target audience.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes.
  • Update website design and content.
  • Support team in creating marketing material.
Requirements
  • Coding Skills are a must.
  • Must have Proficiency in responsive web designing and knowledge about HTML, CSS and PHP Framework.
  • Good understanding of Laravel and Ajax.
  • Knowledge about JavaScript and JQuery.
  • Build UX Maps by developing Customer Journeys and identifying gaps in our current dashboard.
  • 1- 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
  • Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
  • Creativity and Design Experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Illustrator or any Visual design and Wire-framing tools.
  • Previous experience in website design and comfortable with creating graphics.
