Key Responsibilities:
Research on Existing Platforms: Conduct thorough research on existing platforms with similar use cases to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret feedback from customers to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and preferences.
Evaluate Platform Effectiveness: Critically assess whether existing platforms are meeting their intended purposes and identify areas for innovation.
UX Research Tools: Utilize a diverse set of UX research tools and methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
Research Planning & Execution: Plan and execute all research-related tasks, from initial planning and recruitment to evaluation and iteration.
Question Formulation: Develop specific, answerable, and practical research questions that drive actionable insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other team members to integrate research findings into the product design and strategy.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner in product decisions, ensuring that user insights are at the forefront of product development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a UX Researcher, Product Designer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of UX research tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing previous research projects and their impact.
