Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the design of digital experiences, including websites, online tools, and seamless web/mobile interfaces, ensuring a user-centric approach
2. Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders, advocating for user needs and aligning them with business goals, technical capabilities, and contemporary design principles
3. Translate product visions into cohesive user experiences through the application of UX/UI best practices, interaction design, and usability considerations
4. Define information and UI architectures, creating conceptual diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing designs

Requirements:

1. A degree in communication studies, cognitive science, media design, (business) informatics, or a related field
2. 1 year of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design, preferably in a startup environment across various industries
3. Strong knowledge of UX design methodologies, contemporary design patterns, and a keen sense of design trends
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
5. Working knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
6. Experience in conducting user research and integrating insights into the design process
7. A portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills, design thinking, and the impact of your work on digital experiences
