Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Collaborate with the product management and development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Design and deliver user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

Create and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills.

Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design practices, and responsive design.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
