We’re looking for a talented, dedicated Lead Web Designer to design travel portals. Working as part of our lively and expert development team. The UX Engineer / Front End Developer will be responsible for converting the design to HTML format, integrate that further with PHP, MVC & Angular, fixing Front end related issues in the development environment by reviewing & refining the code. Review UI on recommended browsers and fix browser-related issues. The Front-End Developer will partner closely with UI/UX Designer as well as Engineering Backend Development teams.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 + years of proven experience in a similar role.
Competencies:
o Build exciting new websites and products
o Bachelors and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
o 2+ years of industry experience
o Fluency in HTML, CSS, Adobe CS, Illustrator, and related web technologies
o Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling
o Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
o Have cross-platform design experience (web, iOS, Android, email)o Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications and/or workflows
o Solid ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions
o Ability to work well with others
o Experienced in delivering UX solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
o Experience with UX design for technical end users or domain experts
o Work directly with Project Managers
o Brainstorm, prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas Work with the latest technologies and tools

o See the positive impact of your work on real customers
o Work on user-facing products includes customer on-boarding flow, performance dashboard, payment pages and flows.
o Collaborate with cross functions (designers, developers, sales and marketing managers) to come up and conduct experiments to improve user experience and reduce frictions.
o Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales and Marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of the websites
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
o Experience in eCommerce Platforms Designs, Interactive Designs
o Experienced in performing user research or gathering quantitative customer data
o Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centred design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques and patterns
o Experienced in performing user research or gathering quantitative customer data
o Able to bring new knowledge and ideas to the team
o Ability to transform web designs/wireframes to HTML
o Demonstrated ability for innovation in a fast-paced environment
