Responsibilities :

• Write consistent content for app/web interfaces
• Work with designers to conceptualize creative representation of user flows and to understand entire product design and development process
• Use writing and editing skills to write UX copies that facilitates user navigation, onboarding, error messages, instructional materials, and other pieces of the complete user experience
• Collaborate with Designers, Software Engineers, Product Managers
• Make interactions on the product interface simpler and easy to understand
• Understand that customer-centricity is a core organizational value. Anticipate customer requirements based on their objectives and craft helpful, innovative solutions
• Analyze and evaluate existing copies across the Service and improve it in terms of messaging, consistency and effectiveness.
• Research and analysis, problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of branding and general business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Good listening, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in user-centered product writing such as software, web or app based products
• Prior experience in copywriting
• Skilled in condensing complex concepts into easy to understand nuggets
• A solid portfolio of your past writing or UX Design.
