Job Location - Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi Central.

Qualification / Preferred Background

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil (CGPI > 7.0 only)

· Interest in Real Estate and understanding of technical aspects of Buildings (Building Bye Laws, deviations, Master plans, Land use plans, Development Policies).

· Strong background in Building Plan analysis & real estate financial analysis related to residential, commercial & retail real estate is ideal.

· Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply Skills to finalize valuations.

Required Experience- 1-5 year

Proposed CTC- Upto 2.04 Lakh / Annum

Functional Area- Real Estate Valuation

Job Description

§ Value Real Estate Assets with in-depth feedback from the real estate brokers available in the vicinity of the property being valued.

§ Prepare valuation reports for the financial institutions and other clients.

§ Analyze the properties in terms of transaction value, technical building deviations (FAR Area, Extensions, Multiple units etc.) and other legal issues.

§ Coordination with Valuation Engineers and Data operators.

§ Answer queries of Clients (Technical Managers) on the valuations done for them in terms of values and technical issues in the properties.

§ Prepare / Maintain the Retail Valuations database for the past projects done by the company.

Desired Profile

The candidate should have interest in Real Estate assets and valuation of properties.

Timings:10.00 AM – 7.00 PM (with full flexibility which is vital in the role)
