VDI Resource

2 - 5 Years
Bengaluru

Job Description:

  • Strong VMware virtualization knowledge.
  • Experience in vCenter, ESX, vSphere, Horizon, VDI etc.
  • Experience in Creation and maintenance of VDI master images.
  • Experience in Creation and maintenance of Desktop pools.
  • Monitor for performance and monitor event alerts and take appropriate action.
  • Perform daily VDI administration, maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
  • Knowledge of Networking, Storage, Windows Clustering/DHCP/DNS.
  • Windows Server OS 2008/2012, Windows Client OS Windows 7/10.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment.
  • Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.
  • Logical approach to problem solving.
  • Multiplatform Operating Systems Knowledge (Windows, Linux , UNIX) would be an added advantage
  • Experience in Virtualization & Cloud computing will be preferred.
