Zevyu Energy jobs - Vehicle Systems Engineering

Zevyu Energy is an electric vehicle (EV) startup founded by IIM & SGSITS alumni with prior work experience at Volvo and L&T in R&D and marketing domains. Zevyu Energy aims to accelerate the transitioning of urban commute to light electric vehicles; leveraging technology that enables class-leading battery life & performance, and innovation for which the start-up has also won a grant from department of science & tech government of India. Currently incubated at SGSITS Indore, the startup is building its first product: ZE-001, an urban commute electric bicycle.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing, manufacturing & testing of a complete electric bicycle
2. Working on bicycle frame structural design, CAD modeling, styling, and packaging with other bicycle components
3. Handling bicycle frame's weight & stiffness optimization & benchmarking it against the diamond frame design
4. Planning & designing a complete EV powertrain system, its calibration & integration with the bicycle
5. Working on the preparation of CAD & FEA models and their analysis
6. Working on the preparation of full-scale prototype, integration with vehicle and field testing
7. Preparing production drawing, planning & pilot batch execution of the assembly process
