Role And Responsibilities
Responsible for the complete product lifecycle from preparing project plans, product roadmap, monitoring and reporting, and release planning.
Program management of bi-weekly software functionality releases, custodian of release scope, functional backlog, conduct daily stand-ups and maintain accurate status reports and present progress to the management.
Responsible for Business analysis - preparing workflows, document requirements, user stories, etc.
Manages QA - cross-device manual testing of eCommerce websites - functional and performance, data testing.
Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Be the voice of the user and lead extensive user studies to understand user needs and identify current gaps in the system.
Work with product leadership to define a product strategy and roadmap.
Write clear product requirements and drive the projects to successful completion.
Collaborate with external partner teams, business teams, and other cross-functional orgs effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team.
Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing UI, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into the business analysis as required.
